Using this site
You are welcome to read, learn from and share the material in the learning hub and the question and answer library. Do not republish it as your own. The site is provided as it stands and we do not guarantee it will always be available.
Accounts
Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think somebody else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend an account that is being used to attack the platform or other users.
The data tools
The tools help you find and fix problems in data. They are an aid to your judgement, not a replacement for it. Check the output before you rely on it for a decision. Where a tool is still in beta we say so on the page, and you should treat its results accordingly.
You keep ownership of everything you upload. Do not upload data you have no right to hold or process.
Consulting work
Nothing on this site is an offer to contract. Project scope, fees, timelines, ownership of deliverables and liability are set out in the written agreement we sign for that project, and that agreement takes precedence over this page.
Payments
Clients in Nigeria are invoiced in Naira and pay through our payment provider, by card, bank transfer or USSD. Clients outside Nigeria are invoiced in US dollars and pay by international bank transfer, with the details confirmed when we agree the work. We never see or store your card details. Invoices and receipts are available in your client area.
